We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please return the incorrect size to us and reorder the new item in the shop.

ITEM DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

1. Send us a WhatsApp in the chat or an email to kontakt@petit-co.com and describe
your complaint.

2. After reviewing the situation, we will send you a DHL
return label.

3. Send the complaint back to us.

4. Once the complaint is processed, you will receive
an email.
