Frequently asked questions
Are your beanies made in Berlin?
Yes. All beanies are made with great care in our Berlin workshop. We focus on high-quality natural materials, lasting quality, and timeless designs.
Are your beanies suitable for girls and boys?
Yes. Our beanies are deliberately designed to be timeless and unisex. They can be combined in many different ways and accompany children through many seasons.
How do I care for a beanie?
Care depends on the material. Please follow the instructions on the label and product page to help preserve the shape and softness for a long time.
How do I find the right size?
Use your child’s head circumference as a guide. The beanie should fit comfortably without being tight or slipping during play.
What materials do you use for your beanies?
Depending on the model, we use cashmere blends, Micromodal, and other high-quality natural materials. All fabrics are carefully selected and processed to feel comfortable against the skin.
Which beanie is suitable for summer?
On cool summer mornings or windy days, lightweight beanies made from breathable materials are a good choice. For strong sun exposure, however, we recommend a visor cap.
What is the difference between a beanie and a balaclava?
A beanie covers the head and ears. A balaclava additionally protects the neck and nape, making it especially suitable for cold or windy days.
Is a beanie suitable for babies?
Yes. A soft beanie made from high-quality natural materials keeps your head warm on cooler days and fits comfortably without feeling tight.
When do you wear a beanie?
Beanies are ideal for transitional weather as well as cool summer mornings or evenings. In winter, depending on the temperature, they can be worn under a hood or complemented by a warmer hat, such as a balaclava.
What is a beanie?
A beanie is a soft, close-fitting hat without a brim. It sits comfortably on the head and is especially suitable for spring, autumn, and cooler days.
