Mending children's trousers with textile adhesive
If you don't have a sewing machine at home or want to mend your favorite trousers in record time, it's best to use "ForSchur" fabric glue. This fabric glue is ecological and latex-based. Here we show you how easy it is to stick the patches on. If you would prefer to sew your patches, take a look at our blog article Sewing instructions for patching pants.

What you need:
- What you need for this: "ForSchur" textile adhesive
- Seam ripper or small scissors
- Large fabric scissors
- Fabric patches - you can find patch boxes put together for you in our store
Instructions

First you need to cut your patches to size. Adapted to the size of the hole, of course. Apart from that, there are no limits to your creativity - oversized patches or unusual shapes also look very stylish.

If the hole is already so big that you can see the back of the trouser leg, be sure to place something between the two layers of fabric before gluing.

Shake the bottle well before applying the glue to the patch. When applying the glue, make sure that you apply it right up to the edge of the patch, but not too thickly. You only need to press the bottle very lightly as the glue is relatively liquid, which means it spreads itself quite well on the fabric.

Now you need to position the patch well, then allow it to dry briefly and press firmly. To avoid getting glue on your fingers, simply use a scrap of fabric to press it on.

And your pants are finished! Congratulations, your favorite item has been repaired!
